SPECIAL MEASURES COVID19

We are ready to welcome you again and for greater security we present a series of measures. 
With them we will all be better: enjoy your stay.

THESE MEASURES FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND MAY BE UPDATED AS THE SITUATION DEVELOPS.

GENERAL MEASURES

​

  1. Our Staff has received training in preventive measures for Covid-19.

  2. Our Staff has the necessary protective equipment at all times.

  3. We carry out a daily control of the health of workers with a responsible declaration of not having been in contact in the last 15 days with any infected person.

  4. We reduce the capacity.

  5. We have separated the sun loungers from the pools, at least 1.5m (for family unit groups).

  6. We carry out analyzes of the environment and surfaces of common use by a certified external company.

  7. We have indicated the risks with preventive advice posters.

  8. We have disinfectant gel dispensing points in different locations.

MEASURES IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES

​

  1. We guarantee the minimum distance of 1.5 meters between tables.

  2. We regularly sanitize the dining dining room.

  3. We have eliminated self-service, it will be served individually to prevent customers from handling food and tongs.

  4. We disinfect the fruit and vegetables beforehand with bleach for sanitary use. At breakfast, our duly protected staff serves the food to the client and, in any case, they can request individual hot dishes prepared from the kitchen.

  5. All kitchen and dining room staff work with gloves and masks, both those who are facing the customer and those who are not.

  6. Given the small number of rooms at Finca La Fronda, crowds should not occur, but we remind you that it is your responsibility to keep your distance.

  7. We provide the crockery by our staff, thus preventing customers from having direct access to it.

  8. Oil, vinegar and salt dispensers are disinfected after each use.

  9. The breakfast menu is available here

  10. It is mandatory to use the hand sanitizing gel before taking any item from the minibar.

  11. We carry out an exhaustive control and review of the temperature of dishwashing trains (>80º)

  12. We have removed the courtesy aperitif from the rooms.
